Massimiliano Pelletti, a Pietrasanta-based artist and sculptor, attended the Stagio Stagi Art School in Pietrasanta and graduated from the University of Pisa with a degree in Philosophy. The sculptor is adept at creating sculptures of busts and human forms with a variety of mediums, he carves a series of crystalline busts from white onyx that highlight the intact crystalline edges as a juxtaposition to smoothly carved faces or bodies.
