Inspired by South Korea’s culture, some South Korean designers together with Pantone have painted the streets in Seoul with vivid aquatic animals by using hydro chromatic paint that only appears when it rains. The project named “Project Monsoon” was created for those gloomy days of annual monsoon season, which usually lasts for 3 weeks.
