The self-taught sashimi artist mikyoui0, an ordinary father of a boy, began his passion with fish during the summer of last year, because he wanted to teach food preparation to his son. Mikyoui0 followed many professional chefs on Instagram and YouTube and studied techniques by watching their photos and videos at home, by spending more and more time on making sashimi, which has become his hobby and a part of life.
