Vivid “food maps” by brooklyn-based photographer Henry Hargreaves and food stylist Caitlin Levin are created out of the most distinctive foods that represent the geographical locations around the world, map of the U.S. is made from various wheat and corn, Italy from tomatoes, South America from citrus fruits, New Zealand from kiwis, the UK and Ireland from biscuits, etc. They said that“These maps show how food has traveled the globe – transforming and becoming a part of the cultural identity of that place.”
