3D optical illusions now play a practical role. For the worst traffic safety record in the world, India’s government comes up with an idea to solve the problem – 3D paintings as speed breakers. In my view, only everybody thinks traffic safety is own business and the rules of safe driving apply to everyone, can we be truly safe on driving and walking.
