South Korea is planning to build the world’s first “invisible” skyscraper near the Incheon International Airport and has been approved by their government. The building designed by GDS Architects of Pasadena, California achieves the optical illusion of invisibility by using cameras that capture real-time images behind it and then through digital processing, images are projected onto the front of the building using a wall of LEDs to create a seamless panoramic illusion of invisibility.
