A 1,369 Ft skyscraper designed by Rafael Viñoly is now the tallest residential building in Western hemisphere, this new landmark on the New York skyline is located in the center of Manhattan, on Park Avenue between 56th and 57th streets, which has a total of 96 stories with 104 units of 30,000 sq ft, each unit has 12.5 ft ceilings and 10 x 10 ft windows, ranging in price from $16.95 million to $82.5 million, depending on which floor you want to purchase. Besides the superlative views of NYC, the tower features a private restaurant as well, which has an outdoor terrace, a screening room/performance venue, a playroom for children, a 75 ft swimming pool with spa and a board room, no wonder Rafael Viñoly said that it’s “a 100% New York experience.”
