This unique piece of furniture is created by Radhika Dhumal, a furniture designer and a Master’s student at the National Institute of Design in Ahmedabad, India. Besides the biomimetic shape, the “wings” of this beetle-shaped table can be opened to offer more space. This wooden texture piece has won Radhika a three-week scholarship in the Istituto Marangoni fashion and design school in Milan.
