Germany Around 1900 – Beautiful Germany before the two World Wars
The photobook “Germany Around 1900” will show us what Germany look like in 1900 before it’s destroyed by world wars. With the help of special photochromation technique, museum curator and author Karin Lelonek, documentarian and photo researcher Sabine Arqué and designer, collector and vintage photo collector Mark Walter, transform those black and white photographs into colour pictures and create this 800 pictures book together, just as the publisher Taschen said, which is a “fascinating and nostalgic panorama of a long lost epoch before the ravages of time and history set in.”
