The trompe l’oeil art by Japanese artist Hikaru Cho can completely trick our eyes, she paints twisted and disturbing images in a very realistic way on the skin of models with acrylic paint to create optical illusions. The name of trompe l’oeil is derived from French for “trick the eye”, which is an art technique involving extremely realistic imagery.
