Scale the Alps – Amazing photos look like the work of Photoshop
These incredible pictures aren’t Photoshop’s magic, which were taken by photographer Robert Bösch (Robert Boesch) for the Swiss mountaineering brand Mammut, who collaborated with a team of hundreds of mountaineers with great climbing skills and brave heart on the snowy Alps to create such impressive campaign. Armed with Mammut’s products and red suits perfectly against the snowy background, hundreds of adventurous mountaineers hiked to the Alps, hanging from suspension ropes, demonstrating choreographic compositions and forming beautiful patterns and shapes.
The Mammut’s 2015 advertisement campaigns, a stunning work paying homage to explorer Edward Whymper and his team, who ascended to the peak of Matternhorn for the first time 150 years ago. At their designated spots, Robert Bösch and the team shined red lights at night to illuminate the route to the top of the Matternhorn taken by Edward Whymper 150 years ago to accomplish this incredible work.
