Fine figures and portraits made from found twigs
Chris Kenny transforms fragile and fine twigs into abstract portraits, dancing figures and nonobjective designs that intrigue inspiration and imagination. Chris Kenny is a London-born artist graduated from the art history major at the Courtauld Institute, he works on crafting objects and patterns with found materials including pieces excised from books or maps, discarded photographs or books, and fine twigs, etc. The artist has been making a daily figure of a saint like St. Vincent and St. Agnes assembled from twigs and sharing it on his Instagram page.
