Amazing long-exposure photo of Le Mont-Saint-Michel in the starry background

Photographer Loïc Lagarde shot this amazing long-exposure photograph of Mont Saint-Michel Island at night featuring the galaxy spanning the sky above the historic landmark Mont-Saint-Michel and its Bay is a famous French monument and Catholic pilgrimage site. It is located on a small island in Manche, two kilometers from the coast. The island has a conical shape with a circumference of 900 meters, made of towering granite, and the altitude is 88 meters. Mont Saint Michel is the third holiest place for Catholicism in addition to Jerusalem and the Vatican. It has a long history and beautiful natural scenery. In 1979, Mont Saint-Michel and the bay were included in the World Heritage List by UNESCO. The sacred mountain is maintained and managed by the French National Monuments Center.
